Evolve Online Bookkeeping was started by Accountants who were continually frustrated by the poor quality data that they would receive from their clients who had employed professional bookkeepers. They knew that if the books were in better order, their accountant could spend less time tidying things up and invest more time with their clients working on growing and improving their businesses.

Our solution was to have trained accountants provide high quality bookkeeping services and ensure that every business owner received reliable and up to date management reports. This, combined with the online evolution of accounting software, Evolve Online Bookkeeping was born!

Managing Director

Jodie is a qualified CPA and company director having managed her own accounting and advisory firm for over 10 years. Jodie’s experience in establishing and growing businesses is second to none and her hands on approach and technical expertise is valued by our team and our clients alike.

Office Manager

Stacey runs the day to day operations of Evolve and personally oversees all client accounts and staff management. Stacey has worked in her own family business as well as larger businesses and Government. She has had exposure to a wide variety of industries and understands the stresses of running a business. She happily shares her expertise with Evolve clients to help managing their business just that little easier.

Team Leader

Jade has a background in accounting and collections having worked in both industries for several years before joining Evolve. Jade is a movie buff and online gamer, and he also enjoys playing guitar and driving around the countryside. Jade has the biggest cheesiest grin you’ll ever see. His quiet and warm personality are charming. Jade is very efficient with his work, with a great eye for detail. He’s our resident teddy bear!

IT Manager

Josh is a qualified IT technician and has over 7 years of experience managing IT in the financial sector. Josh has a great sense of humour and is quick to start banter between colleagues. He enjoys taking his dog for walks, going fishing, camping and exploring new locations across Australia. He loves new challenges, embraces change and loves working with all things technology. One day, he would like to retire from IT to become a BBQ Pitmaster.
