Managing Supplier Invoices:
We can liaise with your suppliers to email Evolve directly with their invoices, and we’ll upload them ready for your review. You tell us what’s good to pay and when, and we can manage the creditor runs if you opt in for this service.
If your suppliers are still on snail-mail, simply scan the invoices and email them to your personalised Evolve Email address, and we’ll take it from there.
Managing Receipts and other Expenses on the go:
Use the Receipt Bank App or Xero App on your phone to take a snapshot of the receipt and it uploads to your Xero file. Give us an idea of what the expense is so we can accurately code it to your Xero file. We’ll then attach it to the transaction so you have a copy forever! Go ahead and ditch the paper copy!
